Article IX - Alumni Chapters

Section 1. The Association shall authorize and encourage the organization of Alumni Chapters wherever Alumni members desire, subject to the approval of the Alumni Council.

Section 2. The purpose of the Chapters shall be in harmony with the Association and its Constitution.

Section 3. Each Chapter shall have a President and whatever other officers they may deem necessary; to be elected at the discretion of said Chapters.
