Stage One:

Who am I? What strengths and abilities has God given me?

The first stage in developing a WORK Principle is assessment. Our goal is to help students discover their God-given strengths and capitalize on them. Our students will excel in careers that utilize their God-given strengths. They are highly unlikely to excel in careers that do not. In the Counseling and Career Center we use assessment tools like SIGI PLUS, the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, the IDEAS Inventory, and others to help students discover their strengths of interest, personality, ability, and values.
