The Gallup
Strengths/Engagement Summit will elaborate
on the Gallup Organization’s research into spiritually healthy churches
and congregations. Gallup experts will show
why talent discovery and development must
precede “involvement.”
The Summit will cover
in depth the vitally important concept
of membership engagement and why engagement
is key to a thriving servant culture. It
will share ideas for achieving the following
four outcomes:
