How does the national Do Not Call Registry affect MVNU?

Non-profit organizations, charities, educational institutions and other 501(c)3s are exempt from the Federal Trade Commission’s national Do Not Call Registry. The federal government realizes that private giving is essential for campuses to cover unmet tuition costs and other enhancements. Third party callers soliciting on the institution’s behalf are also exempt from the Do Not Call regulations.
