Mount Vernon Nazarene University: Life Changing
Parents' Day

Parents' Day October 10, 2009

Parents' Day is a casual event that essentially allows parents, siblings, and grandparents to spend a day on campus experiencing weekend campus life here at MVNU. There is no official check-in time or registration. Simply stop by the Campus Safety Booth by the chapel upon your arrival to receive a Communication Card.

Younger siblings are definitely encouraged to attend. They may particularly enjoy OAKtoberfest which is a Fall Festival that includes a hog roast, pumpkin carving, hay rides, a few games, s'mores, caramel apples, and cider. There is also a Dime-a-Dog event at the soccer games sponsored by the Student Government Association.

Here is the schedule offering a number of things you may want to do with your student while visiting campus.
