Barb (Mollica) ArndtInducted during the 2000-2001 school yearBarb (Mollica) Arndt was a three-sport athlete in basketball, softball, and volleyball during her four years at MVNC from 1981-1985. As a four-year member of the women's basketball team, Arndt helped the squad capture the program's first NAIA District 22 title as a freshman with a 17-11 mark in 1981-1982. She was an NAIA District 22 Honorable Mention pick as a sophomore and an All-Conference selection as a senior. During her senior season, she became the school's all-time leading scorer with 1,017 points which now ranks thirteenth on the career list. She also still ranks fifth in career field goals made (432), tenth in free throws made (153), and sixth in steals (203). Arndt was also a four-year member of the women's slow-pitch softball team which she led to a 55-28 record during her career. She was an NAIA All-District 22 selection as a senior. In addition, Arndt was a two-year member of the Lady Cougar volleyball team.
