Three more players sign with Cougars for 2012-2013 season

The Mount Vernon Nazarene University men's basketball team has added three more recruits for the 2012-2013 season as Julian Henderson, Malcolm Pittman, and Jacob Starinsky have each signed a letter of intent to continue their education at MVNU and play for the Cougars. Full story »

MVNU breaks ground on state-of-the-art arena for fall 2013

March 2nd, 2012

Mount Vernon Nazarene University formally broke ground on a multi-million dollar construction project on Friday, March 2, which will result in a 68,000 square-foot, state-of-the-art athletic arena for the MVNU campus. The new facility, scheduled to open in the fall of 2013, will immediately become one of the largest event spaces available in the Mount Vernon and Knox County communities. Full story »
