REMEMBER NHU
REMEMBER NHU works with an international organization working to end the use of children in the sex trade giving students opportunities to help this cause primarily through fundraising and prayer.
CHILDREN'S CONNECTION
CHILDREN'S CONNECTION is a community mentoring program where you are matched with an at-risk youth serving as a "big brother/sister" to them spending time monthly as your schedule allows. For more information contact

THE ESCAPE ZONE
THE ESCAPE ZONE is a place for middle school and high school youth to hang out on Friday evenings. We serve in the snack bar, play games, host concerts and through it all build relationships. For more information contact

FAITHFUL FRIENDS
FAITHFUL FRIENDS builds relationships with people with cognitive disabilities in an adult day care center located in Mount Vernon. For more information contact

The HARBOR
The HARBOR is an outreach center for at-risk families and teens. We build relationships to show the love of Christ through being with kids in a variety of activities. We also share great food together! For more information contact Daniel Coutz.
LUNCH BUDDIES
In LUNCH BUDDIES you are matched with an elementary school student and you meet them for lunch one day a week and then go outside with them for recess. For more information contact Erica Ries.

Lunch Buddies
MANDATE
In MANDATE, we serve with urban ministries to encourage and support them, sharing the love of Christ in many ways. We raise awareness of urban issues during our weekend experiences where we live and serve together in urban settings. We also have a small group that meets every week. Last September, Mandate took a trip to Cleveland
to help out with a charitable 5k and 10k run/walk for Proyecto Luz, an
HIV/AIDS ministry of Nueva Luz Urban Resource Center.
MOHICAN YOUTH OUTREACH
MOHICAN Youth Outreach travels to Mohican Juvenile Correction Facility on Sunday afternoons to build relationships with young men ages 13-21. For more information contact Wesley Potter or Catie Hayes.
PB & J CLUB
PB & J Club meets on Thursday evenings in a local low income apartment complex and ministers to K-5 children through song, high energy games, Bible lessons and the Peanut Butter and Jelly sandwiches we eat together each week! For more information contact Katherine Holbrook or Kristi Duncan.

Peanut Butter & Jelly Club
PUMZIKA
A brand new CoSMO group, PUMZIKA, raises awareness of homelessness by working with social service organizations and forming relationships with the guests of Mount Vernon's homeless shelter, The Sanctuary. Pumzika will meet the first Tuesday of every month during chapel hour to discuss volunteer opportunities and new projects. However, members may be working together more often as we volunteer and carry out current projects. For more information contact Whitney Mentzer.
SMILE
In SMILE (Students Making an Impact in the Lives of the Elderly) we go to a local nursing home to be with residents. We talk, sing hymns, and share life stories. For more information contact Eliza Langley.

Students that participate in S.M.I.L.E. visit with some of the nursing home residents.
SonSHINE KIDS
SonSHINE KIDS is an after school program where we sing, perform skits, teach Bible stories and make crafts with elementary school children. For more information contact Kelly McGough.
TRANSITION MISSION
In TRANSITION MISSION students minister to developmentally delayed students every week by spending time with them on campus. For more information contact Alicia Krey.
WAGON MINISTRIES
WAGON MINISTRIES is a time every Saturday night for youth and young adults to come to a place to hang out with their friends. We shoot pool, play cards and share a hot meal together at Mulberry Street United Methodist Church. For more information contact Matt Boyette or Whitney Ridenour.
