WNZR’s annual Valentine’s Banquet focuses on “Love Without Borders”
MOUNT VERNON, Ohio — WNZR, 90.9 FM, a broadcast ministry of Mount Vernon Nazarene University, presents its 21st annual Valentine’s Banquet on Friday, Feb. 15, at 7 p.m., in Foster Hall, located inside Ariel Arena on the MVNU campus.
Travis and Sarah Keller will be guest speakers with the theme of “Love Without Borders.” Travis currently serves as the Director of Alumni Relations and adjunct faculty member at Mount Vernon Nazarene University. Sarah serves as an Arbonne Regional Vice President, along with serving as an adjunct writing instructor and an online English teacher.
The couple will share their amazing testimony of how God directed their family to adopt a little girl from China. Through their testimony, they will demonstrate how God led their family with love and grace through this amazing journey.
“Our staff is excited about this year’s theme,” said Marcy Rinehart, Station Manager at WNZR. “The Keller family’s story of adoption is heartwarming and inspiring. Their journey to find their daughter Asta will remind us all how God can work miracles when we allow Him to lead.”
Special entertainment will be provided by WNZR staff members Lilly Buckley and Rachel Rinehart. Buckley serves as WNZR’s Production Director and is a host of “The Afternoon Drive.” Rachel Rinehart is WNZR’s Music Director.
WNZR plans to distribute over $1,000 worth of prizes throughout the evening, courtesy of local businesses. The official prize list will be announced soon and will be viewable on www.wnzr.fm.
