MOUNT VERNON, Ohio — A new mural in the Hunter Hall Clinic will give patients something to talk about — at least that’s the goal of the art work in one of the treatment rooms in the speech and language disorders clinic in downtown Mount Vernon.

MOUNT VERNON, Ohio — Mount Vernon Nazarene University faculty and staff members were honored for their years of service at the annual University Dinner on Monday, Aug. 20, with highlights of the university’s 50th anniversary. During the event, President Henry W. Spaulding II, Ph.D. reminded attendees that going into the new academic year, “we have reason to hope.”

MVNU prepares for periodic evaluation

Mount Vernon Nazarene University is seeking comments from the public about the university in preparation for its periodic evaluation by its regional accrediting agency. The college will host a visit Oct. 8-9, 2018, from a team of peer reviewers representing the Higher Learning Commission.
