Financial Support Affidavit (if applicable)
If you will be financially supported by a U.S. citizen, resident, or someone outside of the U.S., you must submit an Affidavit of Support and a support letter from bank, sponsor, or government agency and their original, most recent bank statement. The form must list supporting funds that cover tuition, living expenses, and at least $3,000 for each dependent listed on the I-20.

Submit transcripts or diplomas from secondary schools and colleges you attended
If submissions are not in English, please provide the original and English translations.
