Schnormeier Gallery to host Myths & Perception
Mount Vernon Nazarene University is pleased to announce the upcoming exhibits, Myths & Perception — Sam Cook Senior Exhibit — in conjunction with the MVNU Art & Design Exhibit. These exhibitions will be held at Schnormeier Gallery from March 24 to April 4.
MVNU Theatre presenting Roald Dahl’s Charlie and the Chocolate Factory
Step into a world of pure imagination as Mount Vernon Nazarene University Theatre presents the beloved, magical musical Charlie and the Chocolate Factory – based on Roald Dahl’s classic tale — March 27-30. This family-friendly adventure promises to delight audiences with its mouth-watering visuals, unforgettable characters, and powerful lessons about selfishness and greed.
MVNU instrumental ensembles to perform
The Music Department at Mount Vernon Nazarene University will present a spring instrumental ensembles concert on Tuesday, March 25, at 7:30 p.m. in the R.R. Hodges Chapel/Auditorium. The community is invited to attend this free event. The concert will feature the Symphonic Wind Ensemble, Jazz Band, Flute Choir, and String Ensemble.
WNZR’s Lifeline 2025 coming soon
WNZR 90.9 FM, a broadcast ministry of Mount Vernon Nazarene University, is preparing for Lifeline 2025, its annual fundraising campaign, set for March 26-31. This offers an opportunity for listeners to pledge their support for WNZR and help reach this year’s goal of $75,000.
