Lean Process Management
This course offers a practical introduction to lean management principles and techniques. It is tailored to help the student implement lean manufacturing in a business environment to improve productivity, business resilience, and to reduce waste.

Supply Chain Management
This course covers basic principles of supply chain management and provides techniques used to analyze various aspects of logistics systems.
