Graduating Year: 2026

Major: Digital Media

Fun fact: My dad is an MVNU alum! He graduated in 2003, so it’s special to be continuing the legacy here.

Why did you choose to attend MVNU?
I chose to attend MVNU because it offered the digital media and communications program I wanted while also providing a Christ-centered education. Being in a community of like-minded individuals who share similar values was important to me, and MVNU felt like the perfect place to grow both academically and spiritually

Why did you want to be a Phonathon caller?
I wanted to be a Phonathon caller because I’m passionate about building connections and relationships, which is a key part of the communications field. I think it’s an amazing opportunity to engage with alumni, hear their stories, and strengthen their connection to MVNU.

Tell us about yourself!
I was homeschooled growing up and was blessed with amazing, godly parents who always pointed me toward Christ. While I always knew about God, I made the decision to truly follow Him at 13 and was baptized at 18. My faith has been a huge part of my journey, and I’m so grateful for MVNU—not only for the education but for how it continues to help me grow spiritually.

What were you doing before coming to MVNU?
Before coming to MVNU, I was still figuring out my path what I wanted to do, where I wanted to go, and how to make it happen. I knew I wanted to study communications, but I wasn’t sure which schools offered the right program or where to even start. After taking a three-year gap, I’m so grateful I finally made the decision to go back to school and pursue what I’m passionate about.

How has your experience at MVNU been?
My time at MVNU has been incredible. The community here is so welcoming, and I’ve made amazing friends who have made this journey even more special. My classes have been engaging and have given me the confidence and excitement to step into the world of digital media and communications. Overall, MVNU has been such a rewarding experience, and I can’t wait to see what the future holds!

What are your future goals?
My time at MVNU has given me the skills and confidence to step into the world of digital media. After graduation, I hope to work as a digital media strategist or videographer, and I’m also passionate about public relations. No matter where I end up, I’m trusting that God will lead me to the right path, and I’m excited to see where this journey takes me!

Why did you want to be a Phonathon caller?
I wanted to be a Phonathon caller because I am passionate about helping the university grow and to be successful in the future.

What were you doing before coming to MVNU?
I grew up going to church in a small town, didn’t have many close friends, had a crazy family life, and had no clue what I wanted to do with my future, until MVNU popped up on my radar.

How has your experience at MVNU been?
MVNU has felt like home since I set foot on campus for the first time in my sophomore year of high school. I have had such a positive experience at MVNU so far, not only because of friends I have made, but the chance to grow spiritually in ways I would have never thought possible.

What are your future goals?
Because of my experience at MVNU, I hope to become a juvenile victim advocate, and show teens in the juvenile detention system that they are loved by God, their creator, and that there is another way to live life. I also want to grow more in my faith and continue to follow God’s call for my life.

How has your experience at MVNU been?
My freshman year at MVNU was tough. Like most people’s freshman year, you don’t know anyone, and you're trying to find a friend group. I was lucky to have my girlfriend, whom I am still with. She helped me push through the hard times until God blessed me with a great friend group. I plan on being friends with them for the rest of my life.
