What's Different About MVNU's Online Degree Programs?
Since 1993, MVNU has responded to the needs of adult learners, who, regardless of whether they’re seeking to earn a bachelor’s or graduate degree, have to fit in courses around a work schedule, family, and other obligations. MVNU continues to observe what adult learners are looking for and what the workplace is seeking in job candidates, and keeping these factors in mind, we have expanded and revised our program offerings over the years.
Today, working adults wanting to complete their bachelor’s degree, advance with a master’s, or enhance their skill set with a targeted certificate program have a diverse selection of programs tailored to their aspirations. As well, CAPS has shifted almost entirely toward online learning while retaining MVNU’s cohort-based model stressing Christian values.
What Our Students Are Saying
"I tell everyone who stops to listen that they should go back to school, that it has transformed my views. ... Online learning has become increasingly available, making my educational goals possible to flex in with my personal and professional timelines."
— Liz Clark, BBA HR Management
"After my first phone call with MVNU, I knew it was the perfect choice. I was not willing to sacrifice my job — working 25-30 hours a week while being a mom. I needed flexibility but enough support along the way to guide me into my second career. The program was easy to understand and navigate, but most importantly they understood my situation."
— Ginger Trepanier, PEL
"I have truly enjoyed my experience at MVNU. I know that it's only an online course, but for the most part, I feel as if I know my professors. I wish that I could have met some of them in person to let them know how thankful I am for their guidance through this master's degree. I hope they know they have helped me change my life and finding a passion that needed pulled out of me. Everyone at MVNU is a blessing, I cannot thank them enough for their efforts towards me and everyone else."
— Nate Cumberworth, MAEd
"I chose MVNU for the ability to take one course at a time, making furthering my education possible while juggling a full time job and other responsibilities. I have had the opportunity to be successful in school, manage my schoolwork efficiently, while working a full time job. I’ve not had to choose between family time or furthering my education. It’s been a true blessing!"
— Melissa Campbell, BSW
"There have been a lot of memorable experiences, I have learned a lot through various discussion forums and all of my professors have been excellent, provided helpful feedback and guidance. I have enjoyed my experience with MVNU and recommend others to attend."
— Courtney Luke, MSM
