Step into your calling! Join other high schoolers who are exploring God’s call to ministry for three days of worship, mentorship, and spiritual growth.
Throughout the weekend, you will:
- Participate in interactive sessions focused on discerning God’s call in your life.
- Connect with other students who are asking similar questions about purpose and calling.
- Learn from pastors, professors, and ministry leaders who have walked this path.
- Spend time in personal prayer and small group discussions designed to help you listen to God’s direction.

What Is Explore?
Explore Conference is for young adults (high school to 25 years old) wrestling with one of life's biggest questions: what is God calling me to do? Over 2 days, you'll hear from people further down the road than you, connect with others asking the same questions, and get practical tools for figuring out your next step, whether that's ministry, a career, or still an open question.
Who Is It For?
Explore is built around four types of attendees, so that you can dig into what actually applies to you:
- Called to the church. You sense God pulling you toward vocational ministry, pastoring, missions, or church leadership as your career. This pathway helps you understand what that path really looks like and how to start walking it.
- Called to the marketplace. You feel drawn to business, healthcare, education, or another field outside traditional ministry, but you want your work to matter for the Kingdom. This pathway is about integrating faith and vocation, wherever you land.
- Still figuring it out. You don't have a clear answer yet, and that's okay. This pathway gives you space to ask honest questions, hear how others discerned their calling, and take real steps toward clarity instead of waiting for a lightning bolt.
- Leading young adults. You're a pastor, parent, mentor, or leader walking alongside young adults in this season. This pathway equips you to guide those conversations well and point people toward the right resources.
No matter which description explains where you're at, Explore Conference is about the same thing: helping you take a real step toward the calling God has for you.
