MOUNT VERNON, Ohio — Mount Vernon Nazarene University and Mount Vernon High School will present a joint choir concert on Tuesday, Oct. 10, at 7:30 p.m., in the R.R. Hodges Chapel Auditorium on the campus of MVNU. The concert is free and open to the public.
The event will include a wide variety of music featuring MVNU’s Collegians Chorale, Goliards Chamber Choir, Treble Singers Women’s Choir and MVHS’s Chorale and Treble Choir. The ensembles will close the concert with the combined choirs performing the spiritual “I Sing Because I’m Happy.”
Choir directors are Dr. Robert Tocheff, Carrie Vail, Sabina Anderson, and Trevor Garrabrant.
