Master of Organizational Leadership (MOL) Online
Mount Vernon Nazarene University's Master of Organizational Leadership program prepares working professionals who are current or aspiring leaders dedicated to engaging in the interdisciplinary study and practice of leading positive change in workplaces, schools, organizations, churches, and communities across the world.

The Character of a Leader
Students will identify and distinguish major leadership theories and styles. Through application and assessment, students will gauge personal leadership and develop an action plan by which to strengthen leadership character and competencies through a Christian lens. Students will continue to invest in a Christian community of practice to evaluate character.

Psychology of Leadership
This course will examine the behaviors of effective leaders to assist the student in understanding the thoughts, actions, passions, and intelligence (intellectual and emotional) of leaders. Issues of influence, control, power, and motivation will all be explored.
LEDR 6163
Leadership for Emerging Social Issues
Our world is currently faced with many challenging problems. The leaders of tomorrow will be tasked with solving these difficult tasks. In this course, we look at tools and techniques for leaders to solve some of the world’s most difficult problems, such as peace, sustainability, and issues of human and civil rights. Students will explore major world challenges and the leadership techniques needed to meet these challenges.
