College Credit Plus (CCP)

Eligible students who participate in Ohio’s CCP program, take classes for Free at MVNU!  Through the CCP program, the state of Ohio pays tuition costs for up to 30 credit hours per year (120 credit hours total)Textbook costs are covered by public and private schools while homeschooled students must purchase their own textbooks.

Step 1- Determine Eligibility

Step 1- Determine Eligibility

  • Meet state eligibility requirements.
  • Create an OH | ID account that includes your Intent to Participate form by April 1. Be sure to upload all necessary forms.
  • Meet university admission requirements and deadlines.
Step 2 - Apply and be accepted! 

  • Applications are accepted all year. 
  • Applications for fall and spring terms must be submitted no later than one week before classes start.

  • Apply by March 15 if you are using MVNU’s acceptance letter for your OH|ID application.  Otherwise, submit your application no later than one week prior to the start of the term. 
  • Send DualEnrollment@mvnu.edu a copy of your State Funding Award Letter (released to parents in early May). 
Step 3 - Post Acceptance

  • Complete post-acceptance forms. 
  • Schedule an advising appointment. 
  • Attend New Student Orientation. 
  • Schedule placement testing if needed.
