Curriculum stats/highlights

The Online Master of Arts in Education—Professional Educator’s License program includes both intensive coursework and two field experiences (75 clock hours each) with student interaction, including development and delivery of lessons.

Authentic Teaching Experiences: In addition to intensive coursework, you'll also complete two 75-clock hour field experiences as a student teacher.

During the first field experience, you'll observe classes, interact with students, teach three of your own lessons, and perform other tasks. During the second field experience, you'll continue to teach and observe, gaining valuable real-world experience in a diverse classroom environment.

After the field experiences and coursework are complete, students embark on a 12-week student teaching assignment. This is where you'll be able to develop your teaching style, explore different methods for delivering lessons, and make meaningful connections with students and staff.
