In addition to its normal hours of 1 to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday, the gallery will be open for First Friday on June 6 from 6-9 p.m., and for First Fridays on July 3 and August 1.

Latent Image refers to an invisible image created on photosensitive material by the exposure of light. In his photographs, drawings, and sculptures, Brian Bäby explores the nature of light and its ability to define a subject. As a foundational element in all of his work, Bäby’s use of light allows his viewer to understand space, examine texture, and consider mood.
