Who We Are
Mount Vernon Nazarene University exists to shape lives through educating the whole person and cultivating Christ-likeness for lifelong learning and service. New HW HUB
The HW Hub is a shared facility for engineering and computer science departments, and is considered an expansion of the Nease Center. It includes new laboratories for cyber security, virtual reality, embedded systems research, computing and networking, and mechanical engineering. The high-tech facility allows MVNU to provide students with training in the latest cutting-edge technologies, prepares them for graduate studies, and bolsters their ability to compete and perform in the job market. Dual Enrollment at MVNU
Through MVNU’s dual enrollment and CCP courses, high school students can start earning college credits, both online and in-seat. These highly-transferable credits provide high schoolers a real head start on their college careers. MVNU's Dual Enrollment advisors meet with students to understand their plans and goals and recommend classes that will help them achieve those goals. This individual, intentional advising helps students complete classes that ensure the best use of their CCP or personal funds while also limiting unnecessary elective credits at the college-level. In addition, our Dual Enrollment experts are part of your team and are available for questions about Ohio's CCP program, best practices, course cross-walk recommendations, and more!
