Project Planning
Projects are a series of tradeoffs between scope, cost, and time; in this course, students will learn how to balance each of these tradeoffs in order to create a plan that is both realistic and achievable. Students will also explore how to leverage resources, as well as manage risk, quality, and stakeholder expectations in order to ensure project success.
BBA 201
Operations Management
To provide thorough familiarization with the many theories and techniques of operations management as they apply to accomplishing objectives in all types of business operations and many other walks of life, but especially to manufacturing and service operations.
BBA 301
Strategic Planning
This capstone course involves an examination of the development, implementation, and formulation of business strategy and policy, and stresses the need for awareness of and accommodation to change in the company's internal and external environments. Special emphasis is given to integrating decisions in business with the Christian faith.
