MANG 6103

Operations Management

A study of business processes, procedures and strategies used to transform inputs into finished goods and services. The course consists of two main components: a body of knowledge component and a critical thinking component.

MANG 6133

Lean Process Management 

This course offers a practical introduction to lean management principles and techniques. It is tailored to help the student implement lean manufacturing in a business environment to improve productivity, business resilience, and to reduce waste.

MANG 6143

Supply Chain Management

Learn basic principles of supply chain management and discover techniques used to analyze various aspects of logistics systems. Key concepts such as inventory management, communication, warehousing, distribution, and facility location are examined as an integral part of modern business. The course addresses insights, concepts, practical tools, and decision support systems that are important for the effective management of the supply chain.

Curriculum stats/highlights

MBA students selecting to concentrate in Accounting must complete nine (9) required MBA core courses in addition to the three (3) concentration-specific courses. The MBA in Accounting requires a total of 36 credits.

*The remaining 9 credit hours are taken in the student’s chosen concentration. All MBA courses are 100% online.
