Mount Vernon Nazarene University is delighted to host this conference on our campus June 25-27, 2024. The MVNU PALCON planning committee invites all full- and part-time clergy AND their families to attend. In addition to keynote speakers and workshop presenters focused on your pastor’s spiritual and leadership development, we are providing age-appropriate programming for the children/teens of your pastor’s family led by members of our faculty, MVNU Field NYI, and children ministries professionals. Spouses of clergy will be offered opportunities for spiritual renewal and personal growth as well.

Due to generous sponsors there is no programmatic registration fee for children/youth.

PLEASE NOTE:

There is a special luncheon planned for women in ministry. Advance reservations and payment are required and can be made during conference registration.

Who Can Attend?

The whole family! Pastors, leaders, spouses, and children

Register Children/Youth by May 30

After completing the conference registration you will need your confirmation number to register your children, secure housing and order linens, if needed.

The deadline for registration of children/youth and securing housing is May 30.

Main registration will remain open through the day of the event.

Children/Youth Meal Cost:

Children Birth – 3: FREE
Children ages 4–11: $15/day
All other ages (12+): $21/day

What is the MVNU PALCON Clergy Children/Teen Meal and Linens Refund Policy?

You may receive a full refund if you cancel more than 10 days prior to the first day of the event. Otherwise, you will be refunded 50% of the cost of your child’s meal and linen expense.
