Schnormeier Gallery
Schnormeier Gallery, located on the first floor of MVNU’s Buchwald Center, features two large, open spaces that are fully equipped with adjustable spotlighting and plenty of room for gallery shows and installations. Senior Art and Graphic Design students use this professional-level space for their senior shows. The Schnormeier Gallery frequently exhibits the work of local, national and international artists.

Clarence Adrian McKinney: Embarrassments of a One-Sided Friendship
Embarrassments of a One-Sided Friendship is an introspective exploring the societal phenomenon of many one-sided relationships and the dynamics of isolation. Clarence Adrian McKinney uses multiple mediums on wood and linen to create specific/random imagery to explore themes of authentic intimacy by revealing sometimes embarrassing details about himself that the viewer is not fully “let in on.”He is a 2003 graduate of MVNU and has shown his work nationally and internationally. He is also the recipient of the Aaron J. Gardner World Award of Arts and the Grace Ann Dauberman Lifetime Achievement Award for the Arts.
