Thorne Library/ Learning Resource Center
The Thorne Library/Learning Resource Center (1996) houses the Center for Student Success on the first floor and upwards of 122,000 print and non-print resources for student use, with access to millions more through OhioLink, on the second floor. Renovated in 2011, the library’s lower-level includes a curriculum materials laboratory, a video laboratory, the technology help desk, two computer labs, one general purpose classroom, a video conferencing facility, a recording studio, and offices for the Computer Science Department.
CENTER FOR STUDENT SUCCESS
The Center for Student Success can be found on the first floor of Thorne Library. Renovated in 2014, this floor of the library is devoted to providing students with the best-possible study spaces. Here you’ll find everything you need for a seriously successful study session, from computers and printers, to conference rooms and quiet study cubicles, and even a phone-charging station and coffee bar, so you and your phone can both be refueled. The offices for Academic Support and Accessibility Services can also be found on the library’s first floor.
