Dual Enrollment
Admissions Eligibility
To participate in MVNU’s Dual Enrollment program, you must meet the following requirements:
- Be in grades 7-12
- Have an unweighted 3.0 high school GPA or higher or demonstrate college readiness through an approved placement test (ACT, SAT, Accuplacer, ALEKS)
- Complete MVNU’s Dual Enrollment Application
- School Counselor Items: Highschool Transcript and School Counselor Certification
- Parent Items: Parent/Guardian Certification and Mature Content State Permission Slip
*If you choose to take the Accuplacer at MVNU, we’ll provide one test at no cost to you.
Just fill out our online application and have your guidance counselor send us your transcript. If your test scores are recorded on your transcript, we’ll accept those as official if needed for course prerequisites or proof of college readiness. If not, you’ll also want to send those along to DualEnrollment@mvnu.edu. We’ll take it from there!
Our system will automatically send requests for all other needed items. Once we receive the needed items, your application will be processed within 72 hours.
