From This Place

In celebration of the 250th anniversary of the United States of America, "From This Place" presents the word of artists from across Knox County who offer thoughtful reflections on memory, community, and hope. While grounded in local experience, the works speak to broader questions of identity, belonging, and shared purpose. Together, they create an opportunity to consider the ongoing story of America and our connection to it. Through painting, sculpture, photography, and other media, "From This Place" invites viewers to reflect on the histories we inherit, the communities we share, and the future we hope to build together.

Works By: Richard Cowdrey, Sarah Gabric, Kathleen Goode, Craig Hill, Kim and Pam Rose, Brian Baby, Sara Keith, Barry Gunderson, Claudia Esslinger, John Donnelly, Bridget Fox, Kyle Keith, Laura Tabbut, Justin Sorensen, and Raeschell Noonen.
