Tour the British Isles & Ireland by land and sea on this comprehensive 12-day tour.
- Day 1: Departure from the USA
- Day 2: London — Welcome to London where you meet your Tour Director at the airport and drive to your hotel. Later, get to know London on a CHA Walking Tour to bustling Trafalgar Square.
- Day 3: London-(Tower of London) — Morning guided sightseeing of London introduces you to Big Ben, the Houses of Parliament, Piccadilly Circus, and the Changing of the Guard at Buckingham Palace (time permitting). Included is a visit to St. Paul's Cathedral. On your free afternoon, you may opt for an excursion to the Tower of London to admire the dazzling Crown Jewels.
- Day 4: London-Windsor-Stonehenge-Bath — Visit Windsor Castle, Queen Elizabeth's favorite residence, and prehistoric Stonehenge en route to Bath, a spa resort town since Roman times. Visit the Roman Baths dating back to the 1st century A.D., where you may sample its healing waters. Overnight in the Bath area.
- Day 5: Bath-Ferry to Ireland-Waterford — Drive through scenic Wales where you board your ferry crossing to Ireland. Proceed to Waterford, famous for its crystal, for your overnight stay.
- Day 6: Waterford-Blarney-Killarney — Admire the local crafts on display on your tour of the Waterford Crystal Factory. Later, visit Blarney Castle to kiss the famed Blarney Stone and acquire its legendary "Gift of Gab." Enjoy a scenic drive to the Killarney area, famed for the beauty of its sparkling lakes.
- Day 7: Killarney-Limerick-Bunratty-Dublin — Travel to Limerick where sightseeing highlights St. Mary's Cathedral, King John's Castle, the O'Connell Monument and the famous Treaty Stone. Enjoy a visit to Bunratty's Medieval Castle along the banks of the Bunratty River before proceeding to Dublin.
- Day 8: Dublin — Guided sightseeing of Ireland's capital includes visits to St. Patrick's Cathedral where satirist Jonathan Swift, the author of Gulliver's Travels, is entombed, and Trinity College Library to see the 8th-century Book of Kells. The afternoon is free to visit the Dublin's Writers Museum.
- Day 9: Dublin-Ferry to Scotland-Edinburgh — Drive north to board your ferry to Bonnie Scotland. Upon arrival, proceed via motorcoach to the lively Scottish capital of Edinburgh.
- Day 10: Edinburgh — Guided sightseeing this morning includes visits to imposing Edinburgh Castle and Holyrood Palace, former home of Mary Queen of Scots. (Please note visit is not possible when the palace is officially occupied). Also see Princes Street, St. Giles Cathedral, John Knox's House, Charlotte Square, and the Sir Walter Scott Monument.
- Day 11: Edinburgh-Lake District — Savor a leisurely drive to England's Lake District, an area immortalized by painters and poets, where you visit Dove Cottage in Grasmere, once the home to 19th-century poet William Wordsworth.
- Day 12: Lake District-Manchester-Departure — Drive to Manchester to board your return flight.
- Total for students $5,485 (up to 21 years of age).
- Total for adults $5,965 (includes $480 Adult Fee for travelers 22 years and older).

CHA Note: Tour prices are based on a group minimum of 36 passengers, projected 2026 airfare rates, and the cost of land arrangements as of February 2025. These are subject to changes that may be imposed prior to departure.
Online Enrollment
- Visit CHA's website.
- Click Enroll at the top of the page or Enroll Online in the center of the page.
- Click on Participant Application.
- Enter your Group Access Code: 2605S02426
- Click Continue. Review the tour information and click Enroll Now.
- Complete the form; follow instructions on the pages that follow.
- Pay CHA's $95 Registration Fee (required) or $495 to cover the Registration Fee and Tour Deposit (recommended).
- After enrolling, the traveler will receive an email confirmation.
- Within 1-2 weeks, the traveler will receive a Tour Account Statement in the mail with website login instructions and other materials.
Mail Enrollment
If enrolling by mail, each traveler should complete the Tour Enrollment Form and Release & Agreement found on pages 11-12 of CHA's Tour Enrollment Booklet and mail the signed form (along with a personal check to cover the $95 Registration Fee or $495 to cover the Registration Fee and tour deposit) to CHA Educational Tours, 325 Chestnut Street, Suite 205, Philadelphia, PA 19106.

As of January 2025, all U.S. citizens traveling to the UK for tourism, business, family visits, conferences, or short-term study need to have an ETA.
How to apply for an ETA
- Obtain a passport
- Apply online
- Provide a passport valid for more than three months
- Provide an email address
- Pay a fee of €7, which is close to $7.25
- Applications for people under 18 or over 70 are free
ETA validity
- Your ETA is valid for three years or until the travel document you used in your application expires
- You can leave and come back at any time within the validity period
